• Hotel and accommodation booking
• Tour package arrangements and guided tours
• Travel insurance coordination
• Transportation arrangements (car rentals, transfers)
• Visa and documentation assistance
• 24/7 travel support and emergency assistance

4. Booking and Payment Terms

When you make a booking through allowaiyjw, the following terms apply:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment is typically required before travel commencement
• We accept various payment methods as specified during booking
• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service and supplier terms:

• Cancellation fees may apply based on timing and supplier policies
• Travel insurance may cover certain cancellation costs
• Refunds are processed according to supplier terms and conditions
• allowaiyjw service fees are generally non-refundable
• Force majeure events may affect cancellation and refund terms
• Specific cancellation terms will be provided with each booking

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of allowaiyjw, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information for bookings
• Ensuring all travel documents are valid and up-to-date
• Complying with visa and entry requirements for your destinations
• Following health and safety guidelines and requirements
• Arriving on time for all scheduled travel arrangements
• Paying all fees and charges as agreed
• Notifying us immediately of any changes or issues
• Treating our staff and suppliers with respect and courtesy

7. Travel Documentation and Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have all required travel documentation including valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other documents required by your destinations. allowaiyjw can provide guidance and assistance but cannot guarantee the approval of visa applications or entry to any country.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the allowaiyjw website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of allowaiyjw or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. The allowaiyjw name, logo, and trademarks are the exclusive property of allowaiyjw B.V.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

allowaiyjw acts as an intermediary between customers and travel suppliers. While we strive to provide excellent service, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11. Force Majeure

allowaiyjw shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or other labor disputes. In such cases, we will work with you to minimize disruption and explore alternative arrangements where possible.

12. Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any disputes or concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as provided under Dutch law. We are committed to fair and prompt resolution of all customer concerns.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

14. Termination

allowaiyjw reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
